ALbert; From what I have read there is a groundswell among the SH to find a graceful exit for him to take soon. It only takes 15-20% to control a company if the rest are sleepers. That apathy is part of why democracy fails, the other is of course that you get more votes with more shares, some are more equal than others in Orwellian terms. And a few well fed pigs are all that is needed to keep him there against the apathy of the SH. Of course remember GE a few years ago. Fat well fed board of pigs, and an overthrow was mounted and they won. With the internet it is far easier to rouse the troops(at least a major portion) and so the apathy is cut by the sense of empowerment. Bill
