GULF PRODUCTION MONITOR: June 3, 2008 Independence production fell back to about 30 MMcf/d in yesterday's I2 cycle after evening nominations showed 146 MMcf/d of flow. Production dropped back to zero today. About 81 MMcf/d of gas flowed into Tennessee from the Hub on Saturday and 5 MMcf/d flowed for three days over the long Memorial Day weekend. Enterprise reiterated yesterday that Independence Trail is still down for repairs. It's unclear how long these fits and starts will continue. Manta Ray is cutting 75% of receipts due to quality issues.

US POWER - GAS BURN REPORT: June 3, 2008 The summer season has definitely arrived as power burn increased 1,369 MMcf today, landing at 22.1 Bcf in total. The Northeast increased the most today, up 815 MMcf today compared to yesterday.Power burn doubled in the last 5 days in the Midwest and Northeast. The Gulf and Southeast are up considerably as well. Burn for the week ending 6/5 is forecasted as 141 Bcf, 37 Bcf more than the week ending 5/29.
