You can spout brainless righty talking point as well as anyone.

Spending only causes debt when you don't have the money to pay.

I think your righty tunnel vision is typical of those who are against paygo type of legislation. It is also responsible for off budget wars. It is also responsible for the near bankruptcy of this country.
