You are talking law I am talking logic. Yes there may be a presumption of innocence but that does not establish factually innocence. You are stating as a fact that no crime was committed. Yet you haven't proven that assertion's truth.

It may be true, it may not be true.

It's pretty simple logic but maybe willfully not comprehensible to one who desires to make unsubstantiated assertions as if they were proven facts.
