Dear "concerned shareholder", take your 12 bucks and run. There was 90,000 shares filed on 9/30/97 by a David Chapman and 625 shares filed by some lady. My info is that these are both private investors, but I could be wrong. Spend a dime and call the Company. I recommended to Michael Gorin that he refrain from posting on these boards because I knew he would open up a can of worms and invite other "concerned shareholders" to ask about 144's, earnings, etc, etc...Run the Company, Mr Gorin and let the stock take care of itself.
