Apparently there is an effort to counter and force a share holder meeting to decide issues. I received this to allow me, as a share holder, to participate in asking the judge to order a meeting. There is a document to fill that I will copy and pasted on my next post. This form needs to be filled out ASAP in order to declare your desire to join in with Tom Schwanitz to compel a shareholder meeting for the election of directors for Americhip. When they are all filled out by ACII shareholders and faxed to Tom, they will then serve as the official declaration for Judge Denton to compel a shareholders meeting. Please fax the completed form to Tom Schwanitz at the fax number listed at the bottom of the form. If you have any questions, please call Tom Schwanitz at 586-263-9400. Tom says to feel free to pass this on to whomever shareholders you think should get it. They must be in Tom's hands ASAP as he will be back in court on Thursday June 5th.
