Please note that I am not telling anyone to fill out the form or how to vote if/when we get there. But sending this in to Tom will at least give share holders a chance in court, to force a meeting where questions and answers can be addressed. Many on this and other boards have been asking for just this opportunity. It is now in your hands. It is hard to justify complaining about the future direction of the company if you don't participate in the process. Although, I expect many will complain or try to discredit this effort anyway. It is your personal choice. Validate the phone numbers as part of your DD if you must.
