Mac, Surely you jest? A rate hike? They will talk a game about that, and even hint that Christmas time might be the window, but I think the economy will have exploded by then and the effort to protect Bushy's, er, <economic record> will have failed. I see no rate hikes a coming. I do see a train. And a cliff. Housing needs to really bottom before the dreaded hike will come. GT TH
