Please note the attached document. When they are all filled out by ACII
shareholders and faxed to Tom, they will then serve as the official
declaration for Judge Denton to compel a shareholders meeting. The 53
investors you are aware of will be important to the declaration. Please
call Tom Schwanitz if you have further questions. Remember they must be
in Tom's hands by tonight if possible as he will be back in court on
Thursday June 5th.
