Einhorn is just telling the truth and asking tough questions.

Let's face it - the IB's have gotten away with murder the past few years,
putting billions and billions of paper on their books with ridiculous amounts of leverage.

Nobody ever publicly questioned their accounting methods when the stock was soaring.

The current stock price and volume speaks for itself.
