Does anyone think that this is yet another HUGE flashing light that something is fatally wrong? When management squabbles and solicitations for the courts to intervene result? Not to mention that there is no evidence of significant revenue for an extended period of time with the process that is supposed to be a godsend to manufacturing and the foundation for the success of this company? I'm sure that a suggestion for a frivolous class action suit can't be far behind. Even if this company is on the up and up, time spent talking to courts can't possibly enhance meeting any milestones that they might have.

Perhaps it would be foolish for most to sell at this point having lost most of what they have invested anyway. But those that suggest averaging down at this point must really have blinders on.

I'm afraid that this might be a stock that people will look back at and say, "Wow, why didn't I sell when the price was way up around the two cent area when I knew things didn't look right."
