True, but it is a levered play as their reserves are derived from selling to the economies that are not subsidizing oil, so as their exports drop and oil rises, it has a double whammy effect in the form of a reduction in reserve increases that is exacerbated by an increasing subsidy. The piggy bank account is pretty large so it can go on for a long while...
