She didn't win the popular vote because there wasn't a general popular vote to win. There was only a popular vote in some states. Caucus states don't vote. In addition, there were many who didn't vote in Florida and Michigan because they were told there wasn't a valid primary. Now, if that is too difficult to understand, I will try again with simpler words. Obviously this discussion is getting over your head.
