In this cycle at least, swinging for the fences and only focusing on the big primaries was a losing strategy. Now, she did better with it than Guiliani, but it still didn't work. I don't think she won any of the caucuses. Those contests were just too small. And that wound up meaning she lost the momentum she had going into the contests. "She can contest ruling on MI and FL. She can ask for full FL and MI delegate count, and no delegates to be awarded to BHO for Michigan. " She can do these things. However, she was pretty roundly rebuked on it with the decision. It is pretty clear they sent her the message that was the best deal she was going to get.
