CLINTON TOWNSHIP, Mich., May 28, 2008 (PrimeNewswire via COMTEX) -- AmeriChip International, Inc. (OTCBB: ACII) announced today the appointment of Kenneth W Mann as President, Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors.

Kenneth W. Mann has over 20 years of senior management experience and has managed over 400 employees with operating budgets in excess of $220 million.

Joseph I. Emas and Marc Walther remain as members of the Board of Directors of AmeriChip International, Inc. Marc Walther is Chairman and Chief Technical Officer.
