Hawk, you make an excellent point, all of these loans are term loans (to my knowledge) so that the number of Billions of TAF dollars being lent out by the FED should in theory not be more than the amount of the past one to two loans. I would say the only really notable point is that the Financial markets still need to raise liquidity by participating in the TAF auctions.
