Bob, I'm not "going gutter." You're too sensitive. My point was that unless the Republicans decide to turn the election away from the issues, and are successful, it is highly likely that Obama will win the election. As for my "your guy" statement, do you really suspect that you'd prefer Obama over McCain? As I recall, your issue with McCain was that he wasn't conservative enough to suit you on issues such as immigration. Is that right? If it is then I suspect that given a choice between Obama or McCain as president, you wouldn't have too much of a problem making that choice. But if I'm wrong and you're a possible or probable Obama voter, than I'm wrong. That's why you get the option of typing a post to "straighten me out." The fact that you haven't done that but have instead challenged me by asking; "Who is my guy?" is interesting. Ed
