So, on a political ideology line that runs from Fred Thompson to McCain to Obama, with Thompson being the most conservative, you voted for Thompson over McCain but might skip all the way to the more liberal candidate and vote for Obama over the more conservative McCain?

Or is it just that you can't bring yourself to say you'll vote for McCain because even he's not conservative enough for you? Ed
