This even assumes 100% yields. Memory yields are very high at
mature processes, but I'm not expecting this first hand on this
very new process. Furthermore, the DIE size is quite high, so
I'm expecting some "losses" here too. I could imagine some
80-90% yields, which would be

0,8/0,9x400 = around 350 good DIEs x under 4$/DIE => 1400$.
The message is the same, but even worse.
