Im not much of a chartist but it seems to me that I could just as easily make the counter argument that is most likely that the vast majority of the people who bought in the twos sold it a loss and took the tax loss, but now you have a number of buyers who purchased it below 1.25 who are sitting with wonderful gains in a short time and these are far more likely sellers than the "old timers", who failed to take a short term capital loss in this stock.
