So, is this the last "shakeout" before the runup? Or is the BT "deal" either aborted or a complete ruse?

Looks like CCC is proposing a reverse split *and* doubling the authorized number of issued shares. Doesn't sound like the actions of a company that's looking at an imminent boost in revenues and stock price from a "big deal" does it?

Anyone have any more info? I don't want to get caught in a bull trap, nor do I want to take a bath here!
