The better way would be to redesign their food so it's already digested. Cellulose is hard work to bust up into blood-stream condition. I suppose that's what cows are doing with all the storage and cud chewing and digestion processes. It's probably better to process plants in huge factories than in cow stomachs, giving it to the cows in a form ready to enter the intestines. Mqurice
