Many Wall street people are scared of empty buildings? Turned out, empty buildings of stores and industrial parks are the motivations of economic growth yet to come.

You never want to have an economy that is void of empty buildings for immediate occupancy. Buildings took months or years to build while business had to wait on the sideline.

We like to have up to 10% of empty buildings ready for remodelling to be immediately occupied for business expansion.

Empty residences only need a few business to be started locally, the easiest is chain stores, or chain services and restaurants. San Diego restarted city planning with a police station then surrounded with mega malls. West Palm beach, Florida only had to have a band playing on main street every Tuesday afternoons to lure people to move into their town.

So, who is afraid of rebuilding any old towns? Housing slump is only a delay in city planning. Delays can be only three months off?
