we been in that basket for decades.. i doubt you will see large international corparations building billion dollar refineries in the united states. they process crude imported from places like Venezuela. those refineries were built there because it was cheaper than building them in the united states decades ago. many of the products coming out of there are also refined products. the crude coming out of there is also in a lot of cases already partially refined and our processed is finishing process.
