Jim, assuming you are correct about your Tandem analysis I have something to add about Compaq.

This quarter revenues were 6.5 Billion

Subtract out .5 Billion leaves 6.0 Billion with Tandem deleated.

Last quarter Compaq had revenues of 5.0 Billion, therefore Compaq had a 20% sequential growth in revenues.

Gross margins this quarter are 27.45% vs 25.32% last quarter. I don't know if Tandem would have any impact on gross margins for Compac.

This is a 2% gain in GM and that is very good considering the cheap PC's.

So here is my new Dell forcast. Dell will again outgrow Compaq revenue growth(25% sequential), Add 2% to GM.

Revenues of 3.52 Billion, GM= 24.19%,hold other percentages, 357 million shares outstanding yielding .88/share.

Your thoughts please, Pat
