I'm not sure about that. If he doesn't win, his campaign wasn't as good as McCain's. But I don't see that happening. You mean if he can't convince a certain number of people who are blatantly racist, and another group of people who are subconsciously racist, to vote for him then McCain's campaign was better? There is such a thing as having built in disadvantages.
