It can be if Obama keeps it that way. The folks who still have deep doubts about Wright et al are very unlikely to change their minds now.

But a lot of people want to hear about the real issues that concern them now, like that list that someone posted Wednesday before I vanished into the void for 48 hours.

Obama should follow the wise old advice, keep your eyes on the prize. IOW, look forward and build a vision of the future while others try to wallow in the fears of the past.
