I am going to quickly forget what you've told me about this appeal process hope that I will never own a company that would utter those words LOL Every now and then one of these appeals actually succeeds, but it's generally not a good bet. Labopharm recently appealed a rejection - be interesting to follow the progress on that one: labopharm.com Peter
