Don't know where anyone can buy "cheap off-peak power" do you? I called my electric company a couple of months ago to inquire about differences between using power in the middle of the day..............like to run my dishwasher...........and in the middle of the night. I was told there wasn't any difference in the cost of those kilowatts. So I just do everything when it's convenient.......the middle of the day.
