Elmat,just arrived in Belo Horizonte from Porto Seguro.Things are booming in Porto Seguro but almost all European investors,no USA or Asian.I found a great real estate agent in Porto Seguro.I warned him of the coming European/world slow down.The world will slow and Brazilian rates will need to drop and the future here will be the Brazilian investor.I still think Brazil is in one of the best positions in the world to weather the coming slow down.In the meantime you are not the only one enjoying the food here.
