Jim, here is what I am thinking about Dell's cost of additional infrastructure.

It will be offset by cost reductions of internet sales, higher margins from fast growing server and notebook sales.

I realise this is a wild shot but Dell has outperformed Compaq for the last 7 quarters for revenue growth and margin growth. I am giving that a lot of weight.

If Dell can perform to this level then add a 2/1 split it should be a Merry Christmas indead!
