I consider this a failure: en.wikipedia.org en.wikipedia.org Other countries are rationing healthcare, what makes you so positive the US will not ration healthcare? It's the same argument with anything, you guys says let's try it this time, it will work, even though it has failed every where else it has been tried. Romney had the best plan I've seen, keep the system we got and let's work on taking care of those in need. Starting from scratch and destroying our current system, which is the best in the world, is nonsense. You want an ounce of prevention? then children will have to become wards of the state.
