Could you NAME a few of those qualities? Thanks. (BTW, graduating law school doesn't count).

Ability to read speeches prepared by someone else? Hell, Katie Couric can do that. Would you vote for her as president? When he isn't reading, he saying stupid things or generally getting his butt kicked by his opponents.

So, what qualities, EXACTLY, are you referring to?
