This is true, we know for example in 2006 our government received the highest recorded tax revenues in history. I do not know about 2007. The President spent the money or it was authorized by Congress. Which one is it Kenneth? It takes two to tango and you irresponsibly want people not to pay attention to how our budget works...must be tough to always have to distort the truth...or be so ignorant. Which one is it for you? Why? Bush spent more than any President since WW2 and he didn't have to raise taxes.
