Although my brother-in-law works for EarthLink (for 6 months only), I am with Netcom for a bargain $17.95 (grand-fathered). But my sisters and friends who use EarthLink never complain of busy signal or network trouble like AOL. Yes, your milage varied. I hope you resolve your disbute with them quickly and to your satisfaction. Yikes
