Before 2000, o wise one, I was registered independent....had never once given money to a party nor a candidate nor registered anything other than independent. Now I am registered Dem., and have given money to both the Dem party and any number of candidates including Obama. And if you think I am the only independent going through this change, think again. Our numbers are legend......all thanks to you and Mr. Bush.

And then there is JF and MM.....both were pretty much in the GOP camp......they have come further....giving money to Obama and voting for him.

I am telling you all this so that you'll understand when it happens why the GOP has become a regional party. In other words, you and the GOP are fast turning into anachronisms. So sorry.
