gpowell, really, the last I remember of you was when you were claiming there was no downturn in 2001 bay area real estate,and that Steven Roach was wrong in claming jobs were being offshored. Was it possible to be any more wrong than that? who knows what jibberish you are spouting now. The only thing interesting about you was your denial and self important claims that proposition 13 was somehow fair and just. I love elderly spin on prop 13 and how somehow, the old are justified in ripping off their kids. Makes for sad, but amusing theatre.
