what on earth are you posting to me? Do you know how to make a coherent point? I'm not interested in bizarre rebuttals to off topic discussions from years ago. You thought real estate was going up in the first part of this decade, in the bay area.

the key I remember about you was that you were hesitant to say prop 13 was inherently unfair (typical of people of a certain age around here), and you didn't believe Steven Roach in 2001 indicate there were structural problems with jobs in the economy. And you called yourself some kind of economist, then (not sure if that was a joke).

Prop 13 is typical ageism where old people shunted their tax burden onto the young. Of course people like yourself who benefit from it like to try to convince themselves that this unfairness doesn't exist, and that the money you made in real estate by riding this law were hard fought sweat equity gains or something.

I don't like the prop 13 supporters in the bay area. They make running a business here much more difficult, and they add almost no value to the business world. If you have a straight up opinion on prop 13 then say it - not all this jibberish which actually tries to constantly change the subject.
