Anybody can make up nonsense claims when they have no evidence to back them up. That describes you. You have no evidence, just a big mouth.

You are just making a complete fool of yourself as that is what *ALL* the National Trade Commissions are saying and they are naming companies, times, market share quotas, rebates, everything. For you to claim this is all nonsense and no evidence shows your grasp on reality is severely tainted by your investment in the charged and fined party.

I would add that no body has ruled against Intel after Intel has presented their side of the story.

They chickened out in Japan but they found some courage in Korea but it will make no difference as how can anything they say change the rebates, the exclusion agreements etc. They will argue like they did in Japan that it's all perfectly legal business practice but it just won't wash. It's all a diversionary tactic to stall for time so AMD can't use it in a Civil Court straight away like they are in Japan. Face it Elmer, the Law and Justice is closing in on the Intel Mafia.
