You are correct sir! It was too early in the morning for me to think straight, or as in my earlier post late last night, it was too late for me to write correctly after a bottle of wine.

Let's say China subsidizes PTR at $65/bbl and last year's average price was $80. At $140 per barrel the subsidy is a whopping 5 times greater (75/15) = (140-65) / (80-65).
