You certainly did forget that no trial has taken place in Korea and Intel has not had any opportunity to present evidence in their defense. That still equals a conviction in your mind but we've seen the kind of things you claim as truths with no evidence whatsoever to back those claims up. Your claim of first hand knowledge of strongarming is laughable as anybody could claim AMD threatened the lives of the KFTC and they would have just as much evidence as you're presented for your worthless claim.

BTW, no conviction in the EU either.
