Re: in Korea and Intel has not had any opportunity to present evidence in their defense.

They were convicted and fined. You don't like Korean law enforcement, that's too bad. I don't like US anti-trust enforcement during the Bush years, either.

The political winds seem to be blowing in a new direction, lately. Obama is refusing to take money from lobbyists - I'd say things are not looking nearly as good for Intel as they did in the recent past.

All of a sudden people at the FTC have started doing their jobs instead of hiding under their desks - horrible news for Intel.

Intel's appealing the “statement of objection” to Intel’s practices was “enormously important to the world and to American consumers.” While Intel has 10 weeks to respond and eventually appeal to an EU court, Foer said the allegations represent an investigation much more advanced that a preliminary complaint.

You think they're appealing an exhoneration?
