in re: to TRW with 0.1 tech. The deliver date of the first EUV LLC is expected to be around Jan. 1999. The next phase is a demo at one of the VNL, (virtual national laboratorys) in Dec.1999.
This new tech. is a kilowatt-class, diode-pumped solid-state laser. I hope Akins and Sandstrom have some good R&D happenin.
