I think the company is undervalued. However fully diluted there are 38 million shares. I think that the market cap is less than the shareholder's equity therefore it might be a buying opportunity.

I use to be a subscriber to the Strategic Investment. Mr. Davidson is a very intelligent man, he has made some huge mistakes. In 1993 he recommended Greater Lenor Resources at $3.00. The stock is trading less than a dollar even before Brex . His books Blood in the Streets and The Great Reckoning are very interesting and I recommend them. He is a great investor by picking bargin assets but I am very careful with his recommendations in mining.
