John; Yes, Brad Mattson did found NVLS. I don't know the details, but maybe he gave a little too much up to the venture guys the first time around (if anyone know's the real story I'd like to know). He now owns 21% of MTSN. With no debt, the only consolidation that would occur involving MTSN would have too significantly enhance current shareholder value. I understand if you look at companies above $50MM sales, NVLS and MTSN came in first & second overall (with 0.1 point). I own only 1 position in this area, MTSN. I've put up quite a bit there, just over 20% of my holdings. If you were to diversify, it probably is a good idea, - I'd choose NVLS. Best of Luck, John Stewart
