Today I'm going to offer to lease a place that is walking distance to that office, as well as shopping centers. It will be quite a change from my current super-quiet canyon digs, but in light of everything, probably a good move for me. this is why i feel that certain areas of the LA market is holding up fairly well....my son is only about 7 miles from his business....and he's considering getting even closer so he can WALK...rents are still quite high on the west side
