Most of time those statements are followed by a statement that they sell their position for a short term loss because of XXXX and the outlook becomes to bleak. If you buy into a falling knife like that you better have a strategy to average down in place as well as an exit point (based on fundamentals not on stock price) when you cut loose you position.
