Skyline Initiates Pre-Concentration Study
Monday June 9, 1:45 pm ET

ca.us.biz.yahoo.com

RICHMOND, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(MARKET WIRE)--Jun 9, 2008 -- Skyline Gold Corporation ("Skyline") (CDNX:SK.V - News) engaged in the business of exploring for precious and base metals from its properties in northwestern British Columbia's 'Golden Triangle' announces that it has initiated a Pre-Concentration Study on its Bronson Slope gold-copper-silver-molybdenum deposit.

Skyline has engaged BC Mining Research Ltd. of Vancouver, BC to assess the amenability of the Bronson Slope porphyry gold/copper resource to pre-concentration and to assess the impact of pre-concentration on the Bronson Slope project.

Two previous tests on drill core from the High Wall gold zone rejected 35.4% and 51% of the rock while recovering 80% and 88% of the gold.

Pre-concentration is known to significantly reduce operating costs by rejection of waste material, increase grade of material reporting to grinding and flotation, reduce energy usage and the cost of material handling and tailings.

This study has the potential to yield significant economic benefit both in operating and capital costs. The study is expected to take two months to complete and will be based on sample material on hand.

ON BEHALF OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

SKYLINE GOLD CORPORATION

Cliff Grandison, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
