Metals Creek Announces Acquisition of Mining Interests in the Lac Des Milles Lac Area

Toronto ON Canada, 6/9/2008 / FSC / - Metals Creek Resources Corp. (TSX-V: MEK.V)(the "Corporation") is pleased to announce that it has signed an option agreement (the "Agreement") with two local prospectors to obtain a 100% interest in 5 unpatented claims, totaling 1,280 hectares in the Lac des Milles Lac Area, located approximately 70km west of Thunder Bay, Ontario. Pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, the Corporation would make payments totaling $85,000 and issue an aggregate of 125,000 common shares over a three year period in order to obtain the interest.
The Agreement is subject to TSX Venture Exchange and other regulatory approvals.
