Dennis,
Still retail different product.
I don't see how the RAIN secondary offering will substantially change
things. It's quite posible that they, as I, think that this may be their last
chance to go to the well for awhile. Even with the dilution I'd rather
be sitting with too much cash, IMHO that's always a good position to
be in.
Happy your TOWV is doing better.
